Nikolaj brings over 25 years of experience across institutional finance, entrepreneurship and private investing. He spent 15 years at Credit Suisse, where he specialised in interest rate derivatives, structuring and institutional client relationships. Since leaving investment banking, Nikolaj has focused on building and investing in businesses. He is a co-founder of UK Rail Leasing, a provider of engineering and fleet services to the UK rail industry. Nikolaj holds a M.Sc. in Economics from University of Southern Denmark.

Claus has nearly 30 years of experience advising institutional investors across global capital markets. Prior to co-founding CBAY, he spent more than two decades at BNP Paribas, most recently as Head of Nordic Institutional Sales, where he led relationships with pension funds, asset managers, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds across the Nordic region. Throughout his career, Claus has specialised in structured credit, fixed income, derivatives and bespoke financing solutions, while building extensive relationships across the European institutional investment community.

Kristian brings deep expertise in complex financial structuring, risk management and executing large, multi-stakeholder transactions. Prior to co-founding CBAY Investment Partners, he spent 16 years in investment banking at BNP Paribas and Citi, specialising in structured credit and emerging markets, across structuring, trading and marketing. He also successfully founded and scaled a start-up, participated in private equity transactions and asset financing, and invested in multiple start-ups at seed stage. Kristian holds a M.Sc. in Economics from University of Southern Denmark.
